Ex-Serviceman belonging to any part of the country can avail of services or any benefits from RSB, Delhi ?

Only Ex-Servicemen or widows of Ex-Servicemen registered with RSB, Delhi and issued with Identity Cards will be entertained.

In case of Service/Family pensioners, possession of Discharge Certificate / Service Particulars will be sufficient for issue of Ex-Servicemen / Widow Identity Card ?

Both Pension Payment Order and Discharge Certificate or Service Particulars is mandatory for issue of Identity Card. In the case of Short Service Commissioned officers only Service Particulars Book is required.
